COVID-19 is a rough time especially for those who do not have loved ones near or close to them. We really wanted to do something to uplift others' spirits at a time of worry, concern, and loneliness. So for one of our community service projects this season, we decided to write Thanksgiving cards for the elderly in nursing homes. We had so much fun decorating and ensuring that each card was a beautiful masterpiece with jokes, pick-me-ups, creative artwork, and encouraging words of appreciation. We hope to one day visit nursing homes when all is safe. Our goal is to make as many cheerful cards to uplift any person who reads them. Hopefully we accomplish this goal as to spread positivity and love to remind others that they are not forgotten. Our assembly has thus far created over 48 hand-made cards!

Note: We have been careful in creating a clean and sanitary environment in the making of these cards. Hand sanitizer was frequently used to create these cards.
